

MassMutual, a respected financial institution with over 125 years of experience in the United States, aimed to develop a life insurance product specifically for the Latino community, recognizing it as a notably underserved market. As the sole designer on the team, I was charged with the responsibility of enhancing brand recognition and increasing customer engagement and conversion on the platform.

We set our short-term goals, prioritizing leadership's aim to boost engagement. My task was to develop a tool that instilled urgency and motivation to purchase life insurance immediately. We crafted a comprehensive quote experience tailored to our target audience, encouraging them to begin their journey with us. I designed the entire user flow starting from this point.

I worked with the mobile team to create animations for marketing purposes.
